Buying in Tinderas

Tinderas is a digital marketplace where Filipina creatives sell their own digital products like planners, templates, printables, and digital art. When you shop on Tinderas, you’re buying directly from talented Pinay creators.

Guest checkout is fine but creating an account is preferred and advised. Creating a free account helps us deliver your purchases instantly to your dashboard, where you can download them anytime.

Simply add the item to your cart, proceed to checkout, pay securely, and the digital file will be available immediately after payment.

Payment and Security

Yes! Tinderas uses Xendit, a secure and trusted payment gateway, to process your transactions. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

 

Through Xendit, we currently accept multiple options such as credit/debit cards, GCash, Maya, QRPH and other local payment channels.

If at all you purchased a product and the download link does not work, you can directly contact the vendor and inform them about the problem using the contact vendor widget on the left side of the shop or better yet, you can always reach out to Tinderas admin we will be always ready to assist you with your concern.

Products and Download

After checkout, your file will be instantly available for download in your Tinderas account. For larger products, vendors may provide a secure Google Drive or Dropbox link to access your files. This ensures fast and reliable downloads without slowing down the site.

All files uploaded to Tinderas go through a quality check by our team and are created by verified Filipina vendors.

Because our products are digital, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your file (such as corrupted or missing downloads), please contact us and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Since many creative products (like cliparts, bundles, or planners) have large file sizes, Tinderas limits the maximum upload size per file to ensure the website stays fast and easy to use. For bigger files, vendors provide trusted cloud storage links so you can download them smoothly.

Getting Started

Tinderas is open exclusively to Filipina digital product creators. If you design planners, printables, cliparts, templates, or other digital goods, we’d love to have you join.

Simply click on “Become a Vendor” on our site, fill out the registration form, and our team will review your application.

Creating a vendor account is absolutely free! Tinderas earns through a small commission per sale.

Once approved, you’ll be able to start uploading your products. Successful vendors will also receive a complete Seller Guide — a step-by-step manual to help you set up your shop, upload products, and maximize your sales on Tinderas.

Payments and Earnings

Earnings are transferred to your preferred payment method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer) on a regular payout schedule.

Vendors can request a payout anytime as long as their total sales are more than ₱500. Payments are made through bank transfer using the account details you provided during registration. Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 working hours. This means you can enjoy your earnings faster and without hassle.

A small percentage (5%) plus PHP10 as platform fee is taken per sale to cover platform and payment processing costs. Exact commission rates are outlined in the vendor agreement.

Products and Uploading

You can sell any type of digital download — planners, printable worksheets, Canva templates, SVGs, cliparts, fonts, Ebooks and more — as long as it’s your original work or you have the appropriate license to sell it.

For now, Tinderas is focused on digital products. Physical product options may be introduced later.

You’ll have access to your own Vendor dashboard, where you can upload product files, write descriptions, set prices, and track sales. If your file is too large, you can simply add a Google Drive or Dropbox link instead.
